For international string students: Orchestra Audition in China, Taiwan, and Korea
We are happy to announce that 2024 Seiji Ozawa Music Academy Orchestra will be holding auditions for violin, viola and cello in China (Shanghai and Beijing), Taiwan (Taipei), and South Korea (Seoul) * in December.
The 2024 Opera Project will feature Mozart Opera “Così fan tutte”, for the first time since 2001 at the Academy.
The Academy Orchestra also performs at the Seiji Ozawa Matsumoto Festival held in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture in 2024 summer.
Applications are now open for violin, viola and cello in all those of Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei, and Seoul. Please see the link below for detailed information.

*This year’s Korean audition is conducted at Kumho Art Hall Studio through an MOU agreement between Kumho Cultural Foundation and Seiji Ozawa Music Academy.
